    The Museum of Automobiles is located on Petit Jean Mountain, just off Arkansas Highway 154. From the town center of Morrilton, head southwest on AR-154 for approximately 16 miles. Turn left onto Jones Lane. The museum will be on your right at 8 Jones Ln. Parking is available on-site free of charge.

The Museum of Automobiles, located on Petit Jean Mountain in Morrilton, Arkansas, invites visitors to explore the fascinating world of automotive history. Founded in 1964 by Winthrop Rockefeller, before he became Governor of Arkansas, the museum originally housed his personal collection of antique and classic cars. Today, the museum continues to display a diverse array of vehicles and related memorabilia. The museum's collection features over 50 fully restored vehicles, ranging from a 1904 Oldsmobile French Front to a 1981 DeLorean. Among the notable exhibits are several of Rockefeller's personal cars, including his 1951 Cadillac, which he drove to Arkansas in 1953, a 1967 Cadillac limousine with a sterling silver Santa Gertrudis hood ornament, and his 1914 Cretors popcorn wagon. The museum is also home to the only two Arkansas Climber automobiles known to exist, including a 1923 Climber Touring car. These cars were manufactured by the Climber Motor Corporation, Arkansas's only automobile manufacturer, adding a unique local connection to the museum's collection. Beyond the cars themselves, the museum also displays antique gas pumps, gasoline equipment, license plates, and even antique arcade machines, including a functioning player piano. With its variety of exhibits, the Museum of Automobiles offers something for everyone, making it a worthwhile destination for car enthusiasts and history buffs alike.
