From the center of Conway, head east on Oak Street towards the intersection with South Donaghey Avenue. Turn right onto South Donaghey Avenue and continue walking until you reach West Oak Street. Turn left onto West Oak Street. Follow West Oak Street as it becomes Highway 64 East (also known as Dave Ward Drive). Continue on this road for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the bridge that crosses the Arkansas River. Once you cross the bridge, you'll enter Little Rock. After crossing, continue on to President Clinton Avenue. Julius Breckling Riverfront Park will be on your right at 400 President Clinton Ave.

Start at the Conway Transit Center located at 1200 Scott Street. Board the Route 4 bus heading towards Little Rock. Stay on the bus for about 35 minutes until you reach the stop at 3rd Street and Broadway. From there, walk east on Broadway until you reach 400 President Clinton Avenue. Julius Breckling Riverfront Park will be on your left.
