If you are starting from downtown Fort Smith, head south on 6th Street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Garrison Avenue. Turn right onto Garrison Avenue and continue walking until you reach 12th Street. Turn left onto 12th Street and walk until you reach M Street. Turn right onto M Street and continue walking until you reach Creekmore Park located at 3301 S M St. The park entrance will be on your left.

From the Fort Smith Transit Center, take Bus Route 2 towards the Southside. Ride the bus for about 15 minutes, disembarking at the stop nearest to M Street. Walk south on M Street until you reach Creekmore Park at 3301 S M St. The park will be on your right side.
