From Mountain Home, Arkansas, go north on Highway 5 for 6 miles, then west on State Highway 178 for 8 miles. Once inside the park, follow the paved roads to reach the visitor center, campsites, and other facilities. Parking is available at the visitor center, campgrounds, and various points throughout the park. Note: There are no tolls on the immediate final approach. Parking is free within the park.
