Opening in 1991, Wildwood has grown into a 105-acre sanctuary featuring diverse botanical gardens, walking trails, and the 625-seat Lucy Lockett Cabe Theatre. The park's gardens include the Richard Butler Arboretum, the Gertrude Remmel Butler Gazebo and Gardens, the Ruth Allen Dogwood Trail, and the Doris Carré Gay Asian Woodland Garden, among others.
