    Historic Washington State Park is located off US Highway 278, approximately 8 miles west of Hope, Arkansas. From I-30, take exit 30 and head west on US-278. Follow the highway until you see signs for the park. The visitor center is located in the 1874 Hempstead County Courthouse on Franklin Street. Parking is available near the visitor center. There is no fee to enter the park, but there are fees for guided tours and some events.
