If you are starting from the Texarkana Convention Center at 4610 Cowhorn Creek Rd, head south on Cowhorn Creek Rd toward E 47th St. Continue straight to stay on Cowhorn Creek Rd until you reach the intersection with US-67 S. Turn left onto US-67 S and continue walking for about 1.5 miles. You will pass by several shops and eateries. After reaching the intersection with E 9th St, turn right onto E 9th St. Continue walking straight until you reach N State Line Ave. The WWI Memorial will be located at 210 N State Line Ave, just ahead on your left.

From the Texarkana Transit Center located at 100 N State Line Ave, take the public transit bus service towards the downtown area. Make sure to check the latest bus schedule. Get off at the stop nearest to 210 N State Line Ave. After disembarking, walk a short distance north on State Line Ave, and you will find the WWI Memorial directly ahead.
Biking
If you are renting a bike, start at the Texarkana Bike Share station located at 500 E 9th St. Head south on 9th St until you reach N State Line Ave. Turn left onto N State Line Ave and continue straight for about 0.5 miles. The WWI Memorial will be on your right at 210 N State Line Ave. Make sure to follow bike lanes where available.
