    From downtown Texarkana, head north on State Line Avenue for about 1.5 miles until you reach 7th Street. Turn left onto 7th Street and walk for about 0.5 miles. Turn right onto N Park Road and continue for another 0.5 miles until you see the entrance to Spring Lake Park on your left. There are no costs associated with walking.

    From Texarkana Regional Airport, take a taxi or ride-sharing service to downtown Texarkana. Then, find the nearest Texarkana Public Transit bus stop. Board a bus heading north towards N Park Road, and ask the driver to let you off at the closest stop to Spring Lake Park. Walk a few blocks to the park entrance at 4303 N Park Rd. A single bus fare is approximately $1.25.

The Four States Fair originated here in 1945, and the park was once home to the Texarkana Zoo. The park has also served as the regional airfield.
