If you are traveling by car, head to Washington, Arkansas. The park is located at 103 Franklin St, Washington, AR 71862. From Texarkana, take I-30 W and exit at 34A for US-67 N toward Hope. Continue on US-67 N for about 15 miles and take the exit for AR-278 W towards Washington. Follow AR-278 W until you reach Washington and then turn left onto Franklin St. The park will be on your right. Parking is available on-site, and there are no additional parking fees.
