If you are starting from the Texarkana Convention Center located at 4610 Cowhorn Creek Rd, head south on Cowhorn Creek Rd towards E 51st St. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto E 51st St and continue walking until you reach the intersection with N State Line Ave. Turn right onto N State Line Ave and walk for approximately 1 mile. You will see the Texas State Line at 500 N State Line Ave on your left.
