Walking
From the center of Alaverdi, head east on Kirov Street. Walk straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto the road leading towards Koghb village. Continue walking for about 3 kilometers along the main road, enjoying the scenic views of the Debed River. Once you reach Koghb, look for signs pointing towards Mshkavank. The monastery is located approximately 1 kilometer from the village center. Follow the path uphill, which is well-marked. You will see the monastery nestled in the mountains.

From Alaverdi, take a minibus (also known as a marshrutka) heading towards Koghb. Minibuses typically depart from the small bus station near the central market. The ride takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Koghb, ask locals for directions to Mshkavank; it is about a 20-minute walk uphill from the village center. Follow the signs or paths that lead you to the monastery.
