Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the town of Ashtarak, which is about 10 km from Goshavank. Head north on the M1 highway towards the village of Gosh. After approximately 8 km, take the exit towards Gosh, following the signs. Once in Gosh village, continue straight until you reach the Goshavank Monastery, which is located at PXHW+VWQ, Gosh 3907. Parking is available near the monastery.
Public Transportation
To reach Goshavank Monastery using public transportation, first take a marshrutka (minibus) from Yerevan to Ashtarak. Marshrutkas leave regularly from the Kilikia Bus Station in Yerevan and the fare is around 300 AMD (approximately $0.80). Once you arrive in Ashtarak, take another marshrutka heading towards Gosh. The fare for this leg is about 200 AMD (approximately $0.50). Upon arrival in Gosh, you can walk to the monastery, which is about a 15-minute walk from the village center. There are signs directing you to Goshavank.
