Getting There

Car
From the center of Armavir, head east on Tigran Mets Avenue towards the M4 highway. Take M4 towards the town of Areni. Follow the M4 for approximately 25 kilometers. Once you reach Areni, look for signs directing you to the Magellan Cave. The cave is located at P6G4+472, Areni 3604. There is a parking area near the entrance which is free of charge.

Public Transportation
Start at the central bus station in Armavir. Purchase a ticket for a minibus (marshrutka) heading to Areni. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Areni, ask locals for directions to Magellan Cave, as it is a well-known tourist attraction. It is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop to the cave entrance, and there is no public transportation available to the cave itself.
