From the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex, walk down the hill towards the main road. Head southeast along the road until you reach the intersection with Moskovyan Street. Turn left onto Moskovyan Street, and continue walking for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will see the Hovhannes Toumanian Museum on your right at 40 Moskovyan Street.

If you are driving from the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex, exit the complex and turn left onto the road leading towards the city center. After about 1.5 kilometers, turn left onto Moskovyan Street. Continue driving for about 500 meters, and you will find the Hovhannes Toumanian Museum on your right at 40 Moskovyan Street.
