Getting There

  • Car

    From the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex, head southeast on Tsitsernakaberd Highway. Continue straight for about 2 km until you reach the intersection with the H-5 highway. Turn left onto H-5 and continue for approximately 6 km. Look for the signs indicating Voghjaberd; turn right towards Voghjaberd village. Continue straight until you reach the coordinates 5M93+Q6R. There is limited parking available near the cave complex.

    From the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex, walk to the nearest bus stop on Tsitsernakaberd Highway. Take a minibus (marshrutka) heading towards Voghjaberd. The fare is approximately 300 AMD. The journey takes around 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Voghjaberd stop, which is close to the village center. From there, you can either walk (about 15 minutes) or take a taxi to the Voghjaberd Cave Complex, which may cost around 1000-1500 AMD.
