Walking
Start at the center of Dilijan, near the Dilijan Visitor Center. Head east on Sayat Nova Street towards the intersection with Tigran Mets Street. Continue straight until you reach the main road (M4). Turn left onto M4 and walk towards Sevan. After about 1 kilometer, you will see signs for Vazgenian Theological Academy. Follow the signs, and after about 15 minutes, you will reach the academy, where the Saint Jacob Armenian Chapel is located.

Public Transport
From the center of Dilijan, walk to the bus station located on Tigran Mets Street. Look for a marshrutka (minibus) heading to Sevan. Board the marshrutka and inform the driver that you want to stop at Vazgenian Theological Academy. The ride takes approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive, exit the marshrutka and walk towards the academy. The Saint Jacob Armenian Chapel is situated within the academy grounds.
