Another option is to take a minibus (marshrutka) from Kapan to Goris. These are smaller vans that are usually located at the same bus station. The marshrutkas leave when full, and the ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Again, let the driver know you want to visit Noravank, and they will drop you off at the nearest point.
