From Goght, you may need to hire a taxi or arrange for a local guide to take you to Cross & View Point. Taxis from Goght to Mets Gilanlar typically cost around $3-$5.

If driving from Yerevan, take the M1 highway towards Sevan. After about 30 km, take the exit towards Geghama Mountains and follow the signs for Mets Gilanlar. Once in the village, continue on the main road until you reach the coordinates 4RXH+822. Be aware that the last few kilometers may be on unpaved roads, so a vehicle with good clearance is recommended. Parking is free and generally available near the viewpoint.
