The Grand Hotel Yerevan, originally opened in 1926, also overlooks the square, adding to its historical charm. The Moscow Cinema, built in 1936 on the remains of a destroyed church, serves as a focal point.The square itself is beautifully designed, combining traditional and modern elements.
