Sedvi Monastery, or the St. Nshan Monastic Complex, is a captivating historical site located in the Lori Province of Armenia, about 3 km south of Kachachkut village. Situated in the Sedvi Canyon, this 13th-century monastery provides a glimpse into Armenia's medieval architecture and spiritual traditions. The monastery complex includes the St. Nshan Church, a single-nave hall constructed with bluish basalt stones. The church is adjoined by a chapel, a belfry, and auxiliary buildings; the remains of the walls that once enclosed the complex are also still visible. Inside the church, visitors can admire the semi-cylindrical vault, supported by three pairs of columns and vaulted arches. The eastern side features a semicircular tabernacle, adding to the sacred atmosphere. While partially in ruins, Sedvi Monastery retains its charm and historical significance.
