Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Vanadzor, the capital city of Lori. Head southeast on Tigran Mets Avenue towards the M-4 highway. Merge onto the M-4 highway and continue for approximately 20 km until you see signs for Arevatsag. Turn onto the road leading to the canyon, which is well-marked. Follow this road for about 5 km until you reach the entrance to Arevatsag Canyon, located at XJ54+QRX. Enjoy the scenic views as you drive higher up the mountain.

Public Transportation
To access Arevatsag Canyon using public transportation, take a marshrutka (minibus) from Vanadzor to Arevatsag. Marshrutkas leave frequently from the central bus station in Vanadzor, and the fare is approximately 500 AMD. Inform the driver that you want to go to Arevatsag Canyon. Once you arrive at the Arevatsag stop, you may need to walk about 1 km to reach the canyon entrance. Follow the main road; it will lead you directly to the canyon. Be sure to check the marshrutka schedule for the return trip to Vanadzor.
