Getting There

Car

If you are traveling by car from any location in Lori, head towards the town of Dilijan. Utilize the M4 highway, which is well-marked and connects most parts of Lori. Once you reach Dilijan, follow the signs to Dilijan National Park. The main entrance is located near Haghartsin village, approximately 10 km from the town center. Parking is available at the entrance of the park, and there is no fee for parking.
Public Transportation

For those using public transportation, take a minibus (marshrutka) from Vanadzor, which is a major town in Lori. Look for marshrutkas heading to Dilijan; they depart regularly from the main bus station. The journey will take about 30-40 minutes. Once in Dilijan, you can either walk or take another minibus to Haghartsin village, where the entrance to Dilijan National Park is located. The minibus fare is approximately 300 AMD (Armenian Dram).
Taxi

Another option is to hire a taxi from any location in Lori directly to Dilijan National Park. This offers the convenience of a door-to-door service. It is advisable to negotiate the fare beforehand; expect to pay around 5,000 AMD to 7,000 AMD depending on your starting point in Lori. The taxi will drop you off at the park entrance.
Walking

If you are already in Dilijan and prefer to walk, you can hike to the park entrance from the town center. It is about a 3 km walk and will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Follow the main road towards Haghartsin village, enjoying the scenic views along the way. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and carry water with you.
