If you are driving to Matenadaran from anywhere in Lori, head towards the main highway (M-6) that connects to Yerevan. Take the M-6 southbound, and continue driving for about 2 hours until you reach Yerevan. Once in Yerevan, follow signs for Kentron district. Matenadaran is located at 53 Mesrop Mashtots Ave. Parking is available nearby but may incur a fee, typically around 1000-2000 AMD per hour.

To reach Matenadaran via public transportation, take a minibus (marshrutka) from any major town in Lori to Yerevan. The fare is approximately 1500-2000 AMD. Once you arrive at the Yerevan central bus station, you can take a taxi or another marshrutka to Kentron district. Ask the driver to drop you off at Mesrop Mashtots Ave. Matenadaran is a short walk from there. Alternatively, if you prefer walking, it's about a 20-minute stroll from the bus station.
