    Sedvi Monastery, or St. Nshan Monastic Complex, is located approximately 3 kilometers south of Kachachkut village, nestled within the tranquil Sedvi canyon. Founded in the 13th century, the monastery stands as a testament to Armenia's medieval architectural prowess and spiritual devotion.The complex is built from bluish basalt stone, lending it a unique and captivating appearance. While partially in ruins today, the site still houses several significant structures. The centerpiece is the St. Nshan Church, a single-nave hall-type church adorned with three entrances and a semi-cylindrical vault resting on three pairs of pillars. The interior features masonry arches connecting the longitudinal walls, an architectural style common in 13th-century monuments of the Lori region.
