If you are driving from the center of Lori, head southwest on the M4 highway towards Yerevan. Continue on the M4 for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Yerevan. Take the exit towards Azatutyan Avenue. Follow Azatutyan Avenue for about 2 kilometers until you see the entrance to Victory Park on your right. There is parking available near the entrance.

To reach Victory Park via public transport, locate the nearest bus or minibus station in Lori. Take a bus or minibus heading towards Yerevan. The fare is typically around 500 AMD (Armenian Dram). After arriving in Yerevan, disembark at the station closest to Azatutyan Avenue. From there, you can either walk (approximately 15-20 minutes) or take a taxi for about 1,000-2,000 AMD to reach Victory Park. If walking, head south on Azatutyan Avenue until you see the park entrance.
