From the center of Tsaghkadzor, head south towards the main road (Tsaghkadzor-Byurakan Road). Once you reach the main road, turn left and continue walking for about 15 minutes until you see a bus stop. Here, you can catch a minibus (marshrutka) heading towards Yerevan. Make sure to ask the driver to stop at the Nor-Nork area. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive in the Nor-Nork district. From the bus stop, walk towards 46 Galshoyan Street, which should be a short 10-minute walk.

From Tsaghkadzor, walk to the main bus station located near the town center. Look for a minibus (marshrutka) that has a sign indicating it goes to Yerevan. Once on the minibus, inform the driver that you need to get off at Nor-Nork. The ride will take about 30-40 minutes. After disembarking at Nor-Nork, continue on foot to 46 Galshoyan Street, which is about a 10-minute walk from where you arrive.
