Walking
If you are starting from the Republic Square, head north towards Abovyan Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Sayat Nova Avenue. Turn right on Sayat Nova Avenue and walk for about 10 minutes. You will see a large staircase leading up to the Cascade. Walk up the staircase, and the Cascade Memorial to the Victims of Soviet Repression will be at the top, offering a beautiful view of Yerevan.

From the Republic Square, take bus number 7 or 11 from the nearby bus stop. Ride for four stops and get off at the stop named 'Cascade'. Once you get off, head towards the large staircase that leads up to the Cascade. Walk up the staircase, and you will find the Cascade Memorial to the Victims of Soviet Repression at the top.

If you are near the Opera House, head towards Tumanyan Street. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Sayat Nova Avenue. Turn left onto Sayat Nova Avenue and walk for about 5 minutes. You will reach the Cascade staircase. Walk up the staircase, and the Cascade Memorial to the Victims of Soviet Repression will be at the top.
