Start at the Palm Beach area. Head east towards the main road, L.G. Smith Boulevard. Walk along this boulevard until you reach the intersection with J.E. Irausquin Boulevard. Continue walking until you see a large roundabout. From the roundabout, take the exit for the road heading towards Santa Cruz. Follow this road for approximately 2.5 kilometers. As you approach Santa Cruz, you will see signs indicating the direction to Blackstone Beach. Keep walking until you reach the beach area which is marked by its distinctive black rocks.
