From the center of Pos Chiquito, head south along the main street (Wayaca) towards the intersection with Savaneta. Continue straight until you reach the junction with F4J2+W3G. Turn left onto F4J2+W3G and walk straight. The Quadirikiri Cave entrance will be on your right after approximately a 15-minute walk.

If you have rented a bicycle, start from the main area of Pos Chiquito and cycle down Wayaca Road heading south. At the intersection with Savaneta, take a right and continue until you reach F4J2+W3G. Turn left onto F4J2+W3G and continue until you see the entrance to Quadirikiri Cave on your right. The bike ride will take about 10-15 minutes.
