Get off at the stop called 'Victoria Square'. From there, transfer to the bus number 5 or 25 and continue as described above, disembarking at the stop on Hackney Rd near the Adelaide Botanic Garden.

    If you are within a reasonable walking distance in the city center, you can reach the State Herbarium by walking. Take King William Rd from Victoria Square, then turn left onto Hackney Rd. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see the State Herbarium on your right side as you approach Hackney Rd. This walk should take around 20-25 minutes.
