To reach Halls Falls from Wondecla, head south on East Hill Road. The car park is signposted 'Halls Falls'. Note that Google Maps may not be accurate in this area, so it's best to follow the road signs. The journey is suitable for normal vehicles. Parking is free at the Halls Falls car park. From the car park, it's a 15-minute walk to the falls.
Public Transport
To reach Halls Falls via public transport, take the Trans North Bus & Coach from Cairns to Herberton. From Herberton, you can take a taxi to Halls Falls, which is approximately 12km away. Taxi fares from Herberton to Halls Falls range from $30-$40. Alternatively, you can arrange for Peterson's Transport to pick you up from Herberton.
