Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving to Everglades House & Gardens, take the Great Western Highway (A32) towards Leura. Once you reach Leura, turn onto Leura Mall and follow it until you reach the intersection with Megalong Street. Turn right onto Megalong Street, then take the first left onto Everglades Avenue. Continue along Everglades Avenue, and you will find Everglades House & Gardens at number 37 on your left. Parking is available on-site, but be mindful of any parking fees that may apply.

• Public Transportation - Train

  For those using public transport, catch a train from Sydney to Leura Station on the Blue Mountains Line. The journey takes approximately two hours. Once you arrive at Leura Station, exit the station and head south on Railway Parade. Turn left onto Leura Mall and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Megalong Street. Turn right onto Megalong Street, then take the first left onto Everglades Avenue. Follow Everglades Avenue for about 1.2 kilometers to reach Everglades House & Gardens at 37 Everglades Ave. The gardens are a short walk from the train station.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  Alternatively, you can take a bus from Katoomba to Leura. Look for routes operated by Blue Mountains Bus Company. Once you arrive at Leura, follow the same walking directions as mentioned for the train: head south on Railway Parade, turn left onto Leura Mall, right onto Megalong Street, and left onto Everglades Avenue. Everglades House & Gardens will be on your left at number 37.
