If you are starting from the Byron Bay town center, head east on Johnson Street towards the beach. Continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Jonson Street. Walk along Jonson Street until you reach the intersection with Bangalow Road. Turn left onto Bangalow Road and continue walking. After about 1 kilometer, you will see Banksia Drive on your right. Turn onto Banksia Drive and follow it until you reach 7/4 Banksia Dr. Lord Byron Distillery will be on your left.

From the Byron Bay town center, you can catch a local bus that goes towards Bangalow. Look for the 'Byron Bay Bus' service at the bus stop on Jonson Street. Take the bus towards Bangalow and get off at the 'Bangalow Road at Banksia Drive' stop. From there, walk along Banksia Drive for a few minutes until you reach 7/4 Banksia Dr. Lord Byron Distillery will be located on your left.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in Byron Bay. Start at the town center and head towards the beach. Follow the coastal bike path south until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, head towards Jonson Street. Continue on Jonson Street and turn left onto Bangalow Road. After cycling about 1 kilometer, take a right onto Banksia Drive. Follow Banksia Drive until you see 7/4 Banksia Dr on your left, where Lord Byron Distillery is located.
