Walking
If you are in the Byron Bay town center, head east on Jonson Street towards the beach. Continue straight until you reach the T-junction with Lighthouse Road. Turn left onto Lighthouse Road and walk until you reach the end where it meets the coastline. Here, you will find the Byron Bay Main Beach. Walk along the beach promenade to the south until you reach the end of the beach. Continue along the sand until you see the entrance to New Jetty Park at Childe Street.
