Start your journey at Byron Bay's Main Beach. Head south along the beach promenade until you reach the Byron Bay Lighthouse. From the lighthouse, follow the walking track that leads down towards the southern end of the beach. This path will take you to Cape Byron, where you can enjoy stunning coastal views. Continue along the path that leads you down to the main road. When you reach the end of the track, turn left onto Lighthouse Road.

Follow Lighthouse Road until you reach the intersection with the Pacific Highway (A1). At this point, you can either continue walking along the highway or take a bus if you prefer not to walk the full distance. If continuing on foot, carefully cross the highway and follow the signs directing you towards Lennox Head. The walk will take you through a scenic area with beautiful coastal views.

If you prefer to take public transport, head to the nearest bus stop at Jonson Street in Byron Bay. Catch the 'Bendigo' bus towards Lennox Head. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time to plan your trip effectively.

Once you arrive in Lennox Head, head towards the beach. The beach is easily accessible from the bus stop. Follow the signs to Seven Mile Beach, which is located just south of the main Lennox Head beach area. Enjoy the scenic walk along the shoreline until you reach Seven Mile Beach.
