Bus
To reach Birdworld Kuranda, start by heading to the Cairns Central Bus Station located at 51 Grafton Street, Cairns. From there, take the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway or a bus to Kuranda. The bus will take you directly to Kuranda Village. Once you arrive at Kuranda Village, follow the signs for Birdworld which is just a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Head down Rob Veivers Drive and Birdworld will be on your right.

Train
If you prefer traveling by train, make your way to the Cairns Railway Station at 1 Bunda Street, Cairns. Take the Kuranda Scenic Railway, which offers stunning views of the rainforest and waterfalls. The train ride will take you directly to Kuranda Station. Once you arrive, it’s a short walk to Birdworld Kuranda. Exit the train station, turn left and walk along the main road until you reach Rob Veivers Drive, where Birdworld is located.

If you are already in Kuranda Village, Birdworld is within walking distance. Simply head towards Rob Veivers Drive from the Kuranda Village market area. Walk along Rob Veivers Drive for about 10 minutes, and you will find Birdworld on your right at 8 Rob Veivers Drive.
