    A shuttle service operates from the Kuranda Village Information Centre to various locations, including Skyrail's Smithfield Terminal. Coral Coast Transport offers this service, with pre-booking required. The shuttle departs at 3:30 PM, Wednesday through Sunday, costing approximately $13 for an adult return ticket. Trans North Bus and Coach also runs between Cairns and Atherton, stopping at Kuranda Village, but it cannot be pre-booked.

    Taxi

    Taxis and ride-sharing services are available but can be unreliable. A taxi from Kuranda to Cairns has a minimum charge of $140. Consider pre-booking a private transfer for more reliable service.
