From the Cairns City Centre, walk southeast on Abbott Street towards the Esplanade. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Grafton Street. Turn left onto Grafton Street, and walk for approximately 10 minutes. The Michiko Memorial Garden is located at 147A Grafton St, on your right.
Public Transport
From Cairns Central Station, take bus number 110 or 111 towards the City. Get off at the stop on Grafton Street after the intersection with Abbott Street. Walk a short distance back towards Abbott Street, and you will find the Michiko Memorial Garden located at 147A Grafton St on your left. A single bus fare is approximately $0.50.
