If you are starting from the main street of Port Douglas, Macrossan Street, head north until you reach the intersection with Grant Street. Turn left onto Grant Street and continue walking straight until you hit the waterfront. At the end of Grant Street, turn right onto Dixie Street. The Port Douglas Sugar Wharf will be on your left at 6 Dixie St. This walk should take approximately 15 minutes.

For a more active option, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops along Macrossan Street. After renting your bike, head north on Macrossan Street, then take a left onto Grant Street. Continue to the waterfront, turn right onto Dixie Street, and ride until you see the Sugar Wharf on your left. The ride should take around 10 minutes.
