Bus
If you're starting from Canberra city center, head to the nearest bus stop. Look for buses that travel towards Parkes. Bus routes such as Route 1 and Route 2 can take you close to Questacon. Get off at the 'King Edward Terrace' stop. From there, walk towards the large building with the distinctive glass façade, which is Questacon. It should be a short 5-minute walk.

Light Rail
If you're near the city center, take the light rail from the 'Canberra Centre' stop. Travel towards 'Gungahlin'. Get off at the 'City' stop. From there, head south on Northbourne Avenue, then turn right onto Commonwealth Avenue. Continue walking until you reach King Edward Terrace, where Questacon is located. The walk should take around 15 minutes.

If you're already in the vicinity of the National Gallery of Australia, you can walk to Questacon. Head east along King Edward Terrace. You will see Questacon's entrance as you approach. The walk is approximately 10 minutes and offers scenic views of the surrounding parklands.
