Walking
If you're staying in central Port Douglas, walking to Trinity Bay Lookout is a great option. Head south on Macrossan Street, the main street, until you reach Wharf Street. Turn left onto Wharf Street, which curves towards the waterfront. After about 500m, turn right onto Island Point Road. Walk approximately 300m to reach the lookout at 48 Island Point Rd. Allow about 20 minutes for the walk.
