Walking
From the center of Piper Street, the Kyneton Museum is easily accessible on foot. It is located at 67 Piper Street. Walking east or west along Piper Street, you'll find the museum on the northern side of the street. Look for the prominent bluestone building.
Public Transport
The Kyneton Train Station is located a short distance from the Kyneton Museum. From the station, you can take a local bus. The Kyneton Town Bus Service can take you closer to the museum. Alight at a stop on Piper Street and walk a short distance to the museum. A single fare on the bus is around $3 - $5.
Driving
If driving, approach Kyneton via the Calder Freeway (M79). Once in Kyneton, follow the signs to Piper Street. The museum is located at 67 Piper Street. There is free parking available in the Kyneton business district. Most parking within the shopping precinct has a 1.5 or 2-hour limit. There are also all-day car parks within 100m of Mollison or High Streets.
