If you are driving from Wilpena Pound, take the Wilpena Road towards the Flinders Ranges National Park. Follow the signs towards St Mary Peak. The drive is approximately 15 km and takes about 20 minutes. Once you reach the dedicated parking area for St Mary Peak, park your vehicle there. The trailhead begins from this parking area.
