Car
If you are driving along the Great Ocean Road, head towards Lorne. Once in Lorne, continue on the Great Ocean Road (B100) until you reach the intersection with Unnamed Road. Turn onto Unnamed Road, which leads directly to Swallow Cave. There is limited parking available near the cave entrance, so be sure to check for parking signs.
Public Transportation
To reach Swallow Cave via public transport, take a bus from Melbourne to Lorne. The V/Line bus service operates from Southern Cross Station in Melbourne to Lorne. Once you arrive at the Lorne bus terminal, you can either walk or take a taxi to Unnamed Road. The walk will take approximately 20-30 minutes, heading northwest on the Great Ocean Road until you reach Unnamed Road, then follow it to Swallow Cave.
Walking
If you're already in Lorne and prefer to walk, head northwest along the Great Ocean Road (B100) from the town center. Continue until you reach Unnamed Road. Turn left onto Unnamed Road and follow it until you reach Swallow Cave. The walk from Lorne will take around 30-40 minutes, so wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for some elevation changes.
