    If you are driving from Noosa Heads, take the David Low Way heading southwest. Follow this road until you reach the roundabout at the intersection with the Sunshine Motorway (M1). Take the second exit onto the Sunshine Motorway, heading towards Gympie. Continue on the M1 for about 18 kilometers. Take exit 224 for Pomona, and follow Eumundi-Pomona Road into Pomona. Once in Pomona, turn onto Mountain Road and follow the signs to Mount Cooroora. There is a car park available at the base of the mountain.

    For those using public transport, you can take a bus from Noosa or nearby areas to Pomona. Check the local TransLink website for bus schedules and routes. Once you arrive at Pomona, you will need to walk approximately 2 kilometers to reach the base of Mount Cooroora. Follow the signs for Mountain Road, which will lead you directly to the entrance of the walking track.
