• Car

  To reach Countryside at Lancefield-Pyalong Rd, High Camp VIC 3764 by car, start by heading towards the nearest major road, which could be the Hume Highway (M31). From the Hume Highway, take the exit for the Northern Highway (B75) towards Bendigo. Continue on the Northern Highway until you reach the exit for Lancefield-Pyalong Rd (C724). Turn onto Lancefield-Pyalong Rd and follow it for about 15 kilometers until you arrive at your destination. The road is well-maintained, but be cautious of any wildlife crossing, especially during dawn and dusk.

• Public Transportation

  If you're using public transportation, you can take a train from Melbourne's Southern Cross Station to Kilmore East Station. From Kilmore East, you will need to catch a local bus or taxi to reach Lancefield. The bus service may not run frequently, so check the timetable in advance. Once you arrive in Lancefield, you can either walk or take a taxi to Countryside, which is approximately 10 kilometers away. Ensure to plan your trip to coincide with the bus schedules, as this may affect your overall travel time.

  For those who prefer cycling, Countryside is accessible via bike routes from various points in High Country. Use the local bike paths leading towards the Lancefield-Pyalong Rd. The ride can be enjoyable and scenic, but be prepared for uneven terrain in some areas. It's advisable to carry water and snacks, as there may not be many stops along the way.
