    From the High Country region, head towards the Princes Highway (M1) and follow the signs for Melbourne. Merge onto the M1 and continue for approximately 68 km. Take exit 63 for the South Gippsland Highway (B420) toward Koo Wee Rup. Continue on South Gippsland Highway for about 30 km. The Koo Wee Rup Observation Tower will be on your left at 3585 S Gippsland Hwy, Koo Wee Rup VIC 3981. There is no entry fee to access the observation tower.

    To reach Koo Wee Rup Observation Tower via public transportation, take a train from a nearby station in the High Country region to Pakenham Station on the V/Line service. Once you arrive at Pakenham Station, transfer to bus route 838 towards Koo Wee Rup. The bus will take you directly to Koo Wee Rup. Get off at the nearest stop and walk approximately 1 km to the Koo Wee Rup Observation Tower located at 3585 S Gippsland Hwy. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance as service may be limited on weekends.
