From Flinders Street Station, walk north along Swanston Street, then turn left onto Little Bourke Street. Penny Blue will be on your right, a short walk past the main Chinatown archway. Alight at the Swanston Street/Little Bourke Street stop and walk east along Little Bourke Street. Penny Blue will be on your right. If you are within the Free Tram Zone, there is no cost.
