Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in the CBD area, make your way to the intersection of Swanston Street and Flinders Street. From Flinders Street Station, head north on Flinders Street towards Swanston Street. Once you reach the intersection, turn right onto Swanston Street. Continue walking for about 200 meters, and you will see the Nicholas Building on your left at 37 Swanston Street. Look for the distinctive heritage architecture.

• Tram

  You can catch a tram on Swanston Street. Look for routes 1, 3, 5, 6, 16, 64, or 67. Board any of these trams heading towards the city center. Disembark at the 'Swanston St/Bourke St' stop. After getting off, you will be directly in front of the Nicholas Building. Simply walk across the street, and you will arrive at 37 Swanston Street. Note that tram rides within the CBD are free, so you won’t incur any costs.

• Bus

  If you prefer to take a bus, there are several routes that pass through the CBD. Find a bus stop that services routes such as 216, 220, or 250. Board the bus and ask the driver to drop you off near the corner of Swanston Street and Collins Street. From there, it’s a short walk - just head east on Swanston Street for about 100 meters, and you will reach the Nicholas Building at 37 Swanston Street. Be mindful that bus fares may apply depending on your starting point.
