Getting There

• Train

  If you're starting from Flinders Street Station, take the train to Melbourne Central Station. Once you arrive at Melbourne Central, follow the signs to the exit that leads to La Trobe Street. Exit the station and head south along La Trobe Street. Turn right onto Swanston Street and continue until you reach Little Bourke Street. Turn left onto Little Bourke Street, and you will find Chinatown Melbourne ahead.

• Tram

  From Federation Square, walk to the nearest tram stop and board a tram on the City Circle route (Tram 35) heading towards Docklands. Stay on the tram until you reach the stop at Bourke Street Mall. Once you disembark, walk down Bourke Street towards the south. Turn left onto Little Bourke Street, and you will arrive at Chinatown Melbourne in just a few minutes.

• Bus

  If you are near the Queen Victoria Market, catch the Bus 57 or 59 towards the city. Get off at the stop on Elizabeth Street near the intersection with Little Bourke Street. From there, walk down Little Bourke Street for a short distance, and you'll arrive at the entrance to Chinatown Melbourne.

• Walking

  If you are already in the Melbourne CBD, simply walk towards Swanston Street. Head south and turn left onto Little Bourke Street. You will find Chinatown Melbourne just a short walk along this street, surrounded by its vibrant restaurants and shops.
